Resolution
We, the participants of the International Conference „50 years Treaties of Rome and women’s rights in the ‚old’ and ‚new’ member states“, women of Denmark, France, Belgium, Italy, Romania, Poland, Greece, Spain, Germany and Estonia, women of the network EL-Fem, the network IFE-EFI and the European Left Party, we support the Polish women, who fight for their right to decide the number of their children an for the right to determine their bodies.
We are shocked by the policy of the Polish government which questions the women’s rights in all Europe. Monika Karbowska and Teresa Jakubowska, present at our conference, informed us of your combat. We are with you in your struggle and whish your success.
We also propose to organize a common meeting with you in Poland. We propose to you to meet us soon to prepare this event.
