Esquerra Unida i Alternativa is a Political and Social movement, catalan national and republican, federal, anti-capitalist and internationalist

We are on the left: we fight for social justice, the overcoming of capitalism and full individual and collective liberties, radically democratic, in a habitable and sustainable planet, with economic, political, social and cultural equality.

We are Internationalists and solidarity: We sympathize and feel involve with the struggles of the peoples of the world that are fighting against oppression, for justice, freedoms and dignity.

We are Catalan and republican: We defend the right of Catalonia to self-determination and the federal joint of Catalonia with the people of the state and Europe. We feel republicans and connected with liberty, equality and fraternity values.

We are Plurals: The joint of people and groups with different backgrounds and sensitivities results in a stronger and richer project.
