K.Pappas together with other members of Neolaia Synaspismou in Komotini, organized an activism in front of the nationalist monument “Spathi” (“Sword”) build in the center of the city by the Greek military dictatorship symbolizing greek military virtue.
The EL ExB Secretariat condemns the crude violent attack of the police forces against the peaceful demonstration and stands next to Kostas Pappas, supporting the common demand of the social and political progressive citizens of the area for the demolition of the monument.
