Fausto Bertinotti, as EL chairman and PRC national secretary will take part in the following G8 countersummit initiatives in Edinburgh:
2 July : afternoon demonstration by Make Poverty History, 5pm: speech at the East Meadows (Fight Poverty Not War stage)
3 July: 10am Opening Plenary Session "Resisting Imperialism, Resisting War", at Usher Hall, Lothian Road
