As a result of our first successful meeting that was held in Berlin on last 10th-12th  of November 2006, we address all our participants and invitees on the great efforts that we encounter on our next meeting in Athens in order to make the trade union movement in Europe a substantial democratic struggling force committed to social justice, progressive change, capable to defend workers, immigrant, women and youth rights as well as contributing to alternative left wing policies to tackle neo liberal and conservative politics which are being implemented across Europe on all spheres of social, environmental, cultural and labour levels of daily life.
